"In the next six months, I expect to have managed to have completed the water tank purchasing project. I am still working hard to see that I accumulated the savings in the group enough to purchase a large water tank. This is my dream project since it will reduce the time I have been wasting in walking all along from home to the river and back. I am really grateful that all these are possible through giveDirectly which is dedicated to funding our projects of choice."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is sickness.
I am a widow and at the same time sick.
I can not work as expected.
Going to hospital would be the ideal but I don't have money to do so.
Since my husband died, I am just alone as an individual.
We used to share plans together but now he is no more.
I am sure I would have already got treatment by now if my husband was alive.
Some times I recall the kind of life we used to share together yet I can not do any much.

"As I was paying the remaining amount for the land, I was also running another house construction project in our household. I had to halt it a bit when I saw the need for completing one at a time and now that I have completed the payment of the farm, it is a good time now to resume. I am hopeful that this project will be complete before long and in my projection, December will be the month. Thanks to GiveDirectly for changing our lives."

Secondly, I will buy salon equipment after finishing college. I will buy equipment as I will be looking for a place to open my business. Thirdly, I will rent a shop in Mashimoni, Mathare. I am well known in Mashimoni, this will provide a ready market for my business and I expect to get alot of profit in return."

Joseph
received a $22 sixteenth payment.
"I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I shall have increased the parcel of land under nappier grass cultivation for my livestock to feed on. This will facilitate a continuous supply of feeds for my livestock even during the dry season. Therefore, I would be certain of getting enough supply of milk for my family's consumption after selling some. I will have also built a stable for my sheep that has a raised floor with some holes where their wastes will be passing through when cleaning. This will facilitate easy collection of these waste to be used as manure."
