"Receiving this money means I will be able to build an iron roofed house.
The one that I have is grass thatched which also leaks.
The cost of changing grass is too high that I am not able to maintain it."

"Receiving this money means I will be able to get a good sleeping place.
I will build an iron roofed house that I can comfortably sleep in and if by any chance I have some balance, I will buy a motorcycle with which I can offer boda-boda services.
This will generate some income for me and make my life better."

"Receiving this money means that I Will renovate my house. The house I'm living in was struck by a strong wind on the wall and it has left a big scar. This worries me a lot because if it continues to rain, the building is most likely to collapse. The balance of the money will be used to pay fees for my children. Though most of my children study in a government school, there are other financial demands that parents are expected to meet like buying books, uniform, meals, etc. Providing better education for my children will help them secure good employment opportunities in future."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of money to provide all that I need to make my work easier.
I operate a clinic but I do not have labaratory services because of financial constraints.
To start up this business, I borrowed a bank loan which I just struggled to pay.
I could not save as much as I expected so it kind of effects my business.
The stock is small."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is providing for the family alone as a single parent.
Treatment, feeding and all needs of a household are taken care of by me and yet the source of income is not clear.
I happened to meet men who just impregnated me and disappeared. They don't care to know how I am fairing with the children.
Life is a strugle for me."

"The biggest hardship I am faced with is lack of money to take care of the education needs of my children.
I have three children in school but meeting their need is so challenging to me.
Apart from doing casual labour, I dont have any source of income.
I do casual labour to provide food, medicare and all other needs of a family so putting aside money to cater for their education needs is such a hard task.
