"Since I have been keeping birds for quite a long time now, I am exp[ecting to keep diversifying as much as I can. So for the next six months, I plan to buy a few sheep and goats to add to my stock of livestock. The advantage of having all these animals is that I can be able to sell them out in the future whenever I run out of finances or when I get into a financial crisis."

"Providing basic needs for my family as well as proper health care is the biggest hardship i currently face due to unstable source of income. We mainly depend on subsistence farming for survival hence lately the farm produce is low due to poor climatic conditions thus we are forced to consume most of the produce and barely enough is left to be sold."

"When I receive this money, I will build a bigger ironsheets house because the one we are in currently is too small for all of us. This will help decongest the house and allow us also have good storage for other things. I have also been dealing in selling livestock but with little capital. So, part of this money will also be added into the livestock business to widen our capital base."

Richard
received a $23 fifteenth payment.
"My expectation in the near future is to have an improved financially status so that I can be able to meet most of my family's needs. I always feel bad when my family lacks something because I can't provide probably due to my financial instability. I am the provider and failing my family makes me a loser. It is not fun to be one, therefore my next goal will be to invest deeply to ensure I am financially stable."

"The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is lack of money to sustain my family properly. In this, there is no money to pay school fees for the children, attain proper medical care, buy food and other necessities."

"When I receive this money, I will renovate my house because it is not looking good at the moment. I don't have a decent kitchen apparently so I will build a simple structure with ironsheets to act as my kitchen. I will also buy bulls that will help in agriculture and livestock raising. This bulls will help me save money that I have been spending on hiring ploughing services."

"I struggled with my studies due to lack of school fees.It began well until a point that my father who used to pay for my school fees drowned into alcoholism. He was a civil servant and therefore was in a position to pay my school fees but he neglected the duties.Things changed when I was in secondary school form three when I was on and off school. This really affected my studies.I finally completed secondary school but with a very poor grade.I was even willing to repeat two years of my secondary school but my father refused to support me.He started becoming violent which led to a very poor relationship with me.I was bright and I feel ashamed and demotivated especially when I meet my school mates who have good jobs."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is poverty.
I have children that are of school going age but getting money to take care of their education needs is not easy.
In most cases, I sell food crops to raise money to pay school fees.
This has always resulted into food shortage because what remains usually is less the fact that I also produce less based on the limitations of land."
