"Receiving this money means I can buy an ox and renovate my house. I don't have enough oxen to plough my agricultural land since I sold the ones I had to pay my children's fees. In addition, the house that I sleep in isn't complete so I would like to fix windows and plaster it inorder to make it conducive. "

"I underwent a caesarian section in 2016 after my second pregnancy developed problems. This condition forced me to close down my shop because I used all the finances to cover the medical bill. Since then I depend on my husband for a living. It has been my greatest desire to reopen this business in order to earn extra income for my family. I will therefore use part of this transfer to achieve my dream. Besides, I will start a goat rearing project. This will help me educate my children because I have plans to give them a bright future."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is sickness. I am a diabetic case which requires that I take medication every day. A complete dose of the drug is eighty thousand (80,000)every month which is expensive for me. I do all kinds of jobs to raise money to take care of the needs but it is not easy."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of money to do the things I would like to do. I do casual labour to get some money for the household to survive on. From the time my husband broke down, I struggle alone to see to it that the needs of the household are met. I can not save any money to do other bigger things for my household."

"Receiving this money means improved standard of living through building a Permanent house. The one we are staying in is leaking due to termites and rats that have made holes on the roof.
In case of any balance, we shall pay off he leasea amount for our land and regain ownership of it for improved crop production and large crop production. "

"The bigesst hardship I face currently is lack of enough food. The main reason is because I depend on rented land which is also not productivea atall. The little I get from crop farming can not sustain my family needs. My household members have no choice of food but eat what is available hence it's affecting thier health growth."

"Receiving this money means that I will build iron-roofed house for my self. Iam sickly and rejected by woman due to my HIV/Aids status. My body is weak to cater for costs involved in maintaining agrass thatched house. I have failed in saving any money that would be spend on a crop farimg due to costs of routine house maintaince. I there feel building iron-roofed house will reduce these costs. The little money I may realise from other sources will be invested to boost crop farming hence increasing in production. This will improve my household economically and socially."
