Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life has changed because through this cash transfer, I have put up a permanent structure which is now at ring beam level. In the near by few months, I will be sleeping in a better house as opposed to a leaking thatched house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I felt happy because I was in position to build a permanent house.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying building materials ( 12 bags of cement, 16 iron sheet and wires metals) worth UGX 949,000. The recipient also spent her transfer on paying labour for building, making bricks and also bought muram and 1 trip of sand but could not estimate the a mount.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means building building permenent iron roofed house. That will improve on our saving and standard I living. It's tidious to renovate a grass tahtched house coupled with the cost and inconvinience that it comes along with.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the noon time when I have eaten. I get energy that will enable me to perform other household tasks like fetching water, preparing evening meals, to mention.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is limited income. The income that I get I through farming which is not sufficient. My household requires income for meeting medical bills, buying food, clothes, utensils, to mention. Some times, the produce got through farming is low due to changes in whether conditions which affects the rest of household activities.
