Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have been in position to plaster inside my house, fit all the 5 windows and 2 doors. My house now has got good aeration and light which has made me very happy. In addition, I was in position to dig and build a pit latrine. Prior to receiving this cash transfer, my house didn't have enough aeration and light since the Windows were all blocked by mud and bricks because I couldn't afford windows by then. The pit latrine that I had collapsed.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
My phone rang at around 4:00 am, when I cross checked it was a mobile money message notifying me that I had got money from GiveDirectly. I was overwhelmed by joy and I thank God Almighty for GiveDirectly.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I can buy an ox and renovate my house. I don't have enough oxen to plough my agricultural land since I sold the ones I had to pay my children's fees. In addition, the house that I sleep in isn't complete so I would like to fix windows and plaster it inorder to make it conducive.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during lunch time.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is inadequate income to pay my children's school fees. I have many of them that have reached candidate classes and all require a lot of money from me of which I don't have.
