"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of land for cultivation. The piece of land that is available for my household to cultivate is too small to support the family and at the same time, I do not have the capacity to buy more because I don't have mooney. What I do most of the time is casual labour just to be sure that atleast soap is in the house and children have what to eat."

"Receiving this money means I will purchase two cows to act as an investment. When the cows produce, I can sell some in order to pay school fees for the children and pay bride price for some of them. I am currently using farming as my main source of income in order to raise income for the household. I will then build a varendar for my house such that rain water can not weaken it."

"Receiving this money means I owning oxen. This will lead to early ploughing and planting of crops which will lead to high produce and income. I have been suffering because I have to wait until those who have the oxen complete ploughing then they will offer to plough in you farm land too which comes with late planting hence poor yields. "

"I underwent a caesarian section in 2016 after my second pregnancy developed problems. This condition forced me to close down my shop because I used all the finances to cover the medical bill. Since then I depend on my husband for a living. It has been my greatest desire to reopen this business in order to earn extra income for my family. I will therefore use part of this transfer to achieve my dream. Besides, I will start a goat rearing project. This will help me educate my children because I have plans to give them a bright future."

"The biggest hardship that I face in my life is inadequate land for crop cultivation as the only south of income for my household. We had a series of deaths of relatives which forced us to lease out land in order to enable us to raise money for meeting burial expenses. This has reduced of farmland hence low income at household.
