"Receiving this money will help me to build a decent house as the one I currently live in is small and not proper. It badly leaks during heavy rains which makes living in it very uncomfortable . I would also want to buy a mattress, some clothes and food items"

"My ambition has to own a good vending business. I am a carpenter by profession but with my old age it's not a job I can count on for income. In 2013 before my wife left me I had opened a small hotel where she helped in cooking and the profit was $5 each day, but the business didn't do well when she decided to leave. It takes me 4 days to finish a simple table or chairs and I only get a profit of about $3 on good days. This is very little and can not help my household sustain sour basic needs such as food and clothing. That is why I prefer using give Directly transfer on opening a hotel because the profit is better."

"Receipt of the transfer rejuvenated my desire of starting a shop business. In brief, I have made some significant development milestones towards starting up the business by building a shop and growing some crops that will be sold to get funds for acquiring the needed stock. I was almost losing focus on venturing into the shop business since I have made no savings for funding it. Most of the little produce that we usually get from our subsistence farming is consumed by my family, leaving us with no surpluses for sale."

"I spent 300 USD of the second on educating my 3 school-going children. I was worried about how to clear arrears that had accrued since our firstborn joined secondary school. I could easily manage to pay school fees on time when they were in primary school. Also, I utilized the remaining amount (approximately 200 USD) on purchasing a cow as an investment to ensure our future is financially safe. Since I have the required resources for rearing livestock, I thought it would be wise to acquire the cow. It will multiply and expand our wealth."
