"I spent 25000 KES of my third transfer on buying a cow for milk production purposes. I used to buy milk every day and this was so expensive on me. I am now able to save that money for my child who, is almost joining secondary school. The remaining I used to start poultry keeping. I thought I should start this along my corn business to get more income at least I am not idle."

"I spent my third transfer on paying secondary school fee for our 2 children for 15,000 KES, and spent 30,000 KES on house construction materials n preparation for building since our current house is very small.I also wish to report that in this village we have formed a Group of 17, whereby we meet weekly and contribute 150 KES per group member .Out of the total, one third of the money goes to our MPESA Savings whereas two thirds of the money is given to one member per week to spend on their chosen Projects. We plan to save the one-third up to 12 months , with a tentative Vision to start a Mobile Catering Project , since personally I am already involved in mobile catering services as a member of a different group. We are also considering lending out the money to individual members to begin Income Generation Projects when the time comes.I am currently the Tim Kinda Group Chair person."
