"My life is different from how it would have been becasue it has empowered me to send my children to school. Currently, my two daughters are in university, the elder one in the third year and the other one joined recently. I am so hopeful and happier becasue it was not for this organization she would be at home till now. This is becasue I am jobless and we only depend on my souse wh works on casual jobs and the little he earns could not be enough to cater for both of them in their school fees. Therefore I am happy because so long as they are both in school now, I will still be seeking help from the wellwishers and anyone and I am positive they will finish their studies."

"In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well in that the money was unconditional and nonrefundable. This means that I was given all the freedom in purchasing all the items I had desired to provide it was a genuine one. Through that, I managed to plan so well and I utilized the money appropriately since I have already got the returns."

"Receiving this money means an assured educational support for my 6 children who are currently in primary school. My spouse and I have decided to spend $300 of our transfer to buy 10 goats and an heifer worth $200, that will be our store of wealth. In 4 years time, they will have multiplied and ready for sale hence a guaranteed educational support to our children. We also plan to buy a donkey worth $100 that will be useful in transporting water for domestic use. We usually walk 2kms away on several trips to fetch water hence owning a donkey will facilitate the same in only one trip."
