"My life is currently different from the way it would have been had I not received the transfer in that if it wasn't GD I would still be worried and stressed of my bedding being rained on whenever it rained. The worries and stress I used to undergo whenever I was away from home and it rained is no more. In fact, these days, I am praying for the rain unlike before when I used to pray against the rain. I thank GD for the transfers which have totally changed my life."

"My life is currently different from the way it would have been had I not received the transfers in that I no longer pack my bedding and clothes in a safe corner whenever it rains as it used to be the case before. I had a leaking roof and we could have sleepless nights during the rainy season. This is because I was able to construct a decent house with transfers. In addition, I now have an additional source of income thus I do not overwork myself through casual labor. This is because I now have milk which I sell to provide me with income."

"My life is currently different from the way it was had I not received the money in that I now have a source of income thus I rely on my spouse fully neither do I do the casual work I used to do previously. This is because I was able to start up a small business with the previous transfers which have been my source of income. At the same time, we do not quarrel a lot with my spouse as it used to be the case before the transfers. Whenever I asked him for money but he didn't have it resulted in quarrels."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of farm land. The piece of land that I have is too small to support farming. This results into low yield which can not support the family the fact that prices of agricultural products are also so low. The more I work, the less I gain because of the low market prices."
