"My new goal is to invest in livestock specifically goats. I chose goats over cows because goats can survive without water for a longer time compared to cows. Through this investment, I will be able to cater to my children's education as well as their basic needs."

"Late last year, I made the decision to join a savings committee where we gave money to one individual each month so they could make a significant difference in their lives. When it is eventually my turn to receive the funds from the committee, I am hoping to use them to purchase a few farm animals, ideally goats, chickens, and possibly a cow as well, but I'm not sure because livestock is very pricey. After that, I'm also going to use the money I get from the charity to pay my grandkids' tuition since after their father passed away a few years ago, my daughter, who is also their mother, lost her job, and it's been incredibly difficult for her to support her children. I consequently made the decision to help her pay for her tuition because she is unable to accomplish anything on her own."

"My hope is to buy a 2 acre piece of land for my children . It costs $1200 and I have only paid $150 .I'm so worried because the owner is on my neck for me to complete it's payment . I had even wanted to sell my cow to pay for it but the amount is way too little to make a difference . I have to clear school fees balance for my children and that is what I'm concentrating on right now . I really do not know how I will pay this debt , I even regret why I started paying for that land ."

"This program has brought quite a significant change into my life and I am honestly going to be forever grateful. Through the funds I was finally able to build myself quite a comfortable house which I am proud of, especially since it had been a long dream of mine to finally build a better home for myself and my family. Now that I am done with the house I plan on investing in buying a couple of goats and poultry since they are quite cheaper compared to cows. I also happen to own a business where I sell 13th and groceries at one of my friends' stalls. I will also use some part of the money to ensure that I keep my business afloat."

"Give Directly did more good than bad . Infact 99% was perfect . You have helped people in my village to buy cows , pay school fees and build presentable houses . Thank you so much . But one thing that I felt you did not do right is that you did not give transfers to 2 people in our village who are living with disabilities . One has an ID and another on is a minor . You should work on your selection criteria to include such people , please ."

"Give Directly does well to give people money for them to use it on whatever they choose . By so doing , it has eradicated poverty in this village . We really appreciate because we have manage to pay school fees for our children and also bought cows . Our children no longer stay at home due to school fees balances . There is nothing you are not doing right , everything about Give Directly is just good ."

"Give Directly does everything well . You have created a direct link with residents . You always come directly to the ground to explain to us about your projects and good intentions , which clears any fears and doubts that we could be having about you . You have given us non refundable money which has helped us to do several developments in this village . Personally I have bought a mattress , a bed and a cow , these are things that I never knew I would buy . There is nothing to improve on , just continue helping people ."
