"I spent my third transfer on plastering my house,because I did not want to smear anymore.I even bought my children new clothes."

"The achievement that I am proudest of is chicken farming. I have 5 chicken that provide me with around 10 eggs every week that I sell at ksh 10 each. The income that I get from the eggs goes along way in making sure that my family is well taken care of in terms of basic needs like having enough enough food to feed my children."

"When my husband and I was still young, we were very engaged in maize farming so we decided to lease a farm to plant maize. After a few years , tea was introduced in my area and I because we werent sure about the tea farming ,we decided to put faith in it and plant it in the larger part of the farm. Tea farming has really helped me and family especially in supporting our children to get better education now that five of my children have college education . Tea farming is my proudest achievement so far."
