Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal for the next for months is to save in merry go round to enable me to pay school fees for my children.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have been saving some amount in merry go round group that we have started in our village and this has enabled me to buy a heifer. I depend on casual jobs in the village to earn an income to meet both household needs as well as pay part of the school fees for my children. I had no chance of saving because the money that I always get is so small. Currently, I own a heifer and I am very sure that in the next few months I won't be buying milk which is so costly for me. I am so much happy because I had wished to owned one before but it was not possible.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have to build a better house for my son who is now thirteen years. I will use the savings from the group that we have started.

Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
Now that the festive season is here, I am planning to buy new clothes for my children. This is usually a time when we gift children with new clothes. Now that it has been a trend, this year is no exception. I will also continue saving some part of these transfers.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am no longer worried nor anxious about what my children would eat. This is because whenever I lack food, I just walk to the shop and take food and other goods on credit because I have a good standing with the Shopkeeper. This is because I am able to pay any debt owed to me immediately I receive my monthly transfers.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the near future is to have an additional dairy cow. Since we mostly depend on milk proceeds after the main sash crop failed us in our locality, I want to utilize this by buying one additional cow to what I currently have. Having these cows means I will have a good income from the sale of milk and it will enable me to meet my family's daily needs and save some for my children's school fees who will soon join secondary school.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago in I used to spent almost all my day time in doing casual jobs, picking tea at my neighbor's farm and the payment was so small, Currently, I do have time for my work farm. I spent some time checking on my poultry projects because I earn an income through this. I'm so happy because I no longer beg or struggle with casual jobs. My children also are no longer sent home to collect school fees because I pay on time.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goals for the next four is to buy more hens. I have realized that poultry keeping is not a tedious task because it does not take much of the time and also the return is good. I will buy more hens to earn a higher income.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have started poultry keeping project. This small project earns me an income by selling eggs at the shopping center near home. I used the income to meet the daily household needs for my family and also pay school exams for my children in primary school. I used to struggle so much in doing the casual jobs in the village, tea picking at the neighbor's farm. The income from the casual jobs was too small and it was not gathering for all the basic at once. Sometimes my children were sent home to collect school exams fees and the could stay home for some time because I could not raise the money immediately. Currently, I have an income and I do clear all their fees on time and this has led to an improvement in their performance in school.I'm so happy and I now have a happy family.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect your life to change in the next six months in that I will have saved enough from the sales of eggs to continue paying for my children in school. This will give me humble time to concentrate on other investment that generates good returns.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I was able to buy my children some new pairs of clithes and this has made them very happy. They have always wanted new clothes since the ones they have are getting old but I did not have enough money to buy new clothes. I have also paid their school fees and they can now focus on their studies. I am happy when my children are happy and this has been the big difference. I also have some money left to buy maize seeds and fertilizer for planting unlike previously when we sometimes could plant late for lack of planting materials.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
When we started receiving the transfers, I have been buying one or two children every month. I am now planning to build a mid sized poultry house to improve my chicken rearing. I am also planning to buy a piece of furniture(chair) for use at home. The ones we are currently using are old and are less worthy to be used by visitors.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am able to make my own decisions in regards to the home finances because. When one does not have an income, it kind of binds one into indecisiveness since you can't make decisions on resources you do not have. Right now I am able to do things that I desire because I have the freedom and the resources. We also have enough food for our daily use.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the six months is to be able to run a successful and productive poultry farm. This will ensure that I have good returns that will allow me look after my family well. I will also want to buy a sheep for rearing since sheep have a high reproductive rate. These will multiply and help with fee payment for my children in the future.
