"The achievement I'm proud of is owning a piece land that I bought using my own money. In the year 2015 I planted tea in the same piece. The proceeds I get from sale of tea has really enabled me educate my children and provide enough food for them ."

"When I was still unmarried and at home, I started raring two chicken and by the time I was leaving home after I had gotten married, I had close to one hundred of them. I later sold half of the chicken and bought a cattle for my parents while the remaining ones continued to multiply. Today as we speak my parents have a steady cash flow from the poultry project of mine and sometimes they surprise me with a token of appreciation. This for me is the greatest achievement of my life "

"Despite not having a piece of land to start tea farming-which has been my dream, I have been able to carry out tea buying and selling business from the nearest farmers. This business has enabled me provide for my family needs and to save little by little which I intend to purchase a piece of land with. This is the achievement I am proudest of. "

"My 11 year old son passed away in November 2017 due to road accident. Up-to now I am still coming to terms about his demise and my wife is still traumatized together with my other siblings who usually ask about him. It usually pains me to see the younger one play alone when previously they used to play together. This is my biggest hardship I have ever experienced. "

"When I got married and wanted to have a family of my own, my husband took me to his home. His parents had passed on and he was left with nine of his siblings to take care of. Together with him, we had to raise them as I had to be like their second mother. Life was so tough since I was not employed and the little my husband could provide was not enough for all of us. I had to wait for long so as to be able to bear children of my own and that motherhood feeling had to be prolonged. This became the biggest hardship of my life."

"In the 2013 I planted beans in 1/4 acre, I managed to harvest almost double the normal seasons' harvest, this was attributed by the fertilizers I used and also a good timing of the rain- it rained throughout the season. This is the achievement I am proudest of. "

"The biggest hardship I have ever faced is when I lost my husband in the year 2010. He used to be our sole provider, now I am left alone with five children.Times were better when my husband was alive. I was inspired and we were happy. Even though his earning was minimal, he stretches our budget and we have never lacked. Now I am left alone, I have to struggle even though its hard to make ends meet."
