Stephen
received a $467 initial payment.
"My life is better because this transfer has enabled me to hire casual labourers to work on my farm. This season I hope to get good yields since I have farmed on a large scale. Previously, I farmed on a small scale and I would over work myself since I couldn't hire casual labourers for lack of money. "

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is lack of farm land.
The small piece of land that I cultivate is hired.
I am not able to farm as I would wish to because of limited space.
There is no money that can enable me to buy land because all I do is casual labour.
What I am able to earn is too little to buy land considering the fact that I also have to take care of other household needs. "

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of farm land.
The piece of land that I have is too small to produce enough food for my family.
Food shortage is very common in my household because of limitation of space.
As I speak now, I don't have food in the house. I am surviving on casual labour.
I spend the little money that I am able to earn on food items so that atleast my family is able to have a meal.
