"I am now sheltering in a decent iron-roofed house which I managed to build through the transfer. I wasn't able to renovate my old house since I lacked the money to buy the materials to facilitate this. I am glad that I now have a new house to live in. I also have a pair of oxen that I am expecting to help me to plough my farm on time. I believe with the pair of oxen, I will productively plough my whole acreage for a better harvest."
