"In the next six months, I hope to be living in a better condition than I am now. This is because I am currently planning to plaster our house which will improve its general appearance and make it durable as well. This will also give my wife a break from the constant renovations that she has to do after every rainy season. Since our house is made of mud, it is usually easily destroyed by the rains hence the repairs."

"My life is different in that I now have enough water for my family. In the past I used to walk for long distance to fetch water and this used to take most of my time. I am now happy since I no longer take most of my time fetching water and I can now have enough time to work in my farm. I also used part of transfer to start a poultry farming which is a constant source of income to meet my basic needs and I no longer depend on my husband to cater for the basic needs of my family."

"My life is better than how it was, before I used to live in a semi-permanent house with mad walls though cemented floor. I was not contented with that house so upon receiving my transfers I bought building materials to help in the construction of a permanent house. Currently, I live in a permanent iron roofed house. This makes me feel good."

"My life is currently very different from how it was, I live in a permanent house which was not the case before. I used to lived in grass-thatched house which was also leaking. This was very uncomfortable especially when visitors were at home and it started raining. I also managed to purchase a parcel of land where I am planning to move to in the near future and establish my home. This would have taken me ages to achieve but with GD I was able to do it within a period of three moths. What else can I ask for but be grateful for the transformation journey of three months."
