"I spent my third transfer on purchasing a sewing machine and establishing a tailoring shop. I had trained as a tailor before marriage but poverty could not allow me purchase a machine for my work. I had to sit on my skills which would otherwise earned me a lot would I have put them into practice. I instead ventured into some casual jobs like home cleaning, water fetching, land tilling and many more that earned me very meager wages which hardly satisfied my family's needs. I felt so wasted for that long simply because I could not afford to buy a sewing machine for my work and none was willing to employ me too for the same."
