What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy two cows at Ugx 1200000. I then bought some house hold items such as mattress, bed sheets, clothes for my children, I paid up a school fees debt at Ugx 200000. I am saving up Ugx 200000 that I plan to use to buy goats for my children as part of their investment.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, It was at around 3:00 am. At that moment, I felt happy that I could not get back to sleep.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life, is having bought the two cows. These will reproduce and later serve as income generating when they give milk that will be sold off and some used by my family. Hence improving their health when they drink it. The mere thought of this makes me happy and my life complete.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of money. I practice subsitance farming which does not give me enough money for sustaining the needs of my family like Education, proper feeding. My children even go to school without all the require books and are sent home by school administration. This is affecting their progress in studies hence has result to poor performance.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My best hours in the day is evening. I move to the near by centre called kotiokot playing "AMweso " local game as part of my intertainment. This refresses my mind after a busy day of work and Iam able to plan the next day.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
My plan will be to spend the givedirectly transfers for buying cows and oxen. The cows will produce and provide milk for consumption. I will use the oxen for ploughing such that I can be able to produce enough crop harvest. This will enable me reduce poverty in my family.
