Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very happy at that moment when I received the cash transfer. I was happy because I had a very big debt burden to clear.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I bought a comfortable mattress. I now sleep comfortably. I also cleared the loan which was a big burden to me. In return I repossessed my farm lands.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent the first cash transfer to purchase a cow worth UGX 740000 and a mattress worth UGX110000 and a bed worth UGX70000. I also paid a debt worth UGX500000. The balance was spent on food.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to take care of the education needs of my children. I will pay school fees for those who are currently in hire levels of education and buy a cow that will reproduce and support the younger ones in future. I want a better future for my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when my children wake up happy and healthy. This saves me money to do other things.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of money to provide my childrens' education needs.
