What did you spend your second transfer on?

In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to interview us during home visits with love and humility. Above all, they did well to send us money that has changed the lives of many in my community. They are doing grate so far, there is nothing that went wrong.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now compared to before I got the money, I'm looking healthy because am stress free. I can now afford food, my house is beautiful and cool having done renovation and plaster. I have also hired enough land and bought seeds ready for the planting season. I did not have farm land before, my house was dusty with very many holes which attracted rats.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I was able to plaster my house after a very long time. Secondly, I am happy after I was able to purchase bedding for my child. I am nolonger worried of what meal to eat the next day because I have money at my disposal to buy a variety of food.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i am facing right now is limited land for agriculture because we are polygamous and every one has children who need to do agriculture. I find my self with three boys doing agriculture on one garden which brings insufficient food at home.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning around 9 am after i have prayed because i feel i get closer to God and He gives me strength to think for the day.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means i will be able to rent more land for farming because i just have one garden which i share with children. It will also enable me to finish up my house like putting the floor.
