What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy building materials such as cement and iron sheets to be used to construct a house, and the balance sent to my father in Congo as personal assistance.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well giving people money that has enabled them build iron roofed houses which was a reserve for working class people, send children to school, acquire bulls to be used to plough gardens. I don't see anything it hasn't done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I am happy that this money has enabled me send children to school, and complete a commercial house we have in town which will be a source of income to support the family. Before, my children in boarding schools would fail to have most school requirements due to lack of money and this made life realy hard for us.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The truth is the money arrived at the time when I was in need of money to do alot of things. It was a miracle to me. I was overwhelmed with joy and I had to spend the following three days planning on how to spend the money appropriately.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference is that I have renovated my commercial house to a more habitable condition. I believe with time I will be earning income from its rentals. More so I was able to buy nice clothes for my children. We did not have decent clothes and life was really miserable.
