What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used part of the second transfer to clear school fee for my child who owed the school some balance. A larger portion of the second transfer I used in my late dad's funeral expences being that he passed on the same week the money was sent.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well in that they give aid to all the people who are in need without any favor. On the other hand, I do not see anything that GiveDirectly is not doing well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from the way it would have been if I did not receive the money in that, without GiveDirectly my children would be staying at home by now while others are studying. Thanks to GiveDirectly I was able to clear my children's school fee.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfer, I cleared school fees arrears for my 4 children in a primary school. They had been sent home for school fees and since I never had money to clear the arrears, they had to stay at home with me till I received the money and cleared the arrears.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I had gone to the nearest garden to look for vegetables. While in the garden, I heard a message alert but never bothered to check it till I carried the vegetable home. The moment I checked the message and found it was money that I had received from Give Directly, I felt overexcited and jumped while screaming with joy. I tell you, I forgot about the vegetable, ran to the nearby center to inform my spouse of the good news.
