How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The difference in my life is that my family now a dorn in new and smart clothes compared to the time when we were putting on some dusty and old clothes.

What GD does well is that they give the poor free money without any condition on how to spend it. I also have an opinion that GD should reward those who spent the transfer wisely.

I spent 24000 KES of my second transfer to buy 38 pieces of roofing iron sheet, 16000 KES i spent to buy timber, 8000 KES i spent to buy solar lamp and the remaining i spent on daily house expenses
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is the better house we stay in as a family and the solar lamp which has reduce expenses on paraffin.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on building a house and buying some bags of cement that will be used in plastering the floor, I will spend part of the transfer on buying furniture for our house which will include chairs and a table and I will also spend part of the transfer on buying three goats and a cow. The remaining amount I will spend on buying a piece of land that we can use as a farm where we will plant vegetables like kale and tomatoes.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is that I was able to buy utensils for my house using cash that I had saved from the casual jobs that I have been doing in the village.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that we currently depend on casual jobs like ploughing other people's farms so that we can feed our family and getting one nowadays is not easy hence if we are not lucky to get one for a day that means we go to bed hungry.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I go out in the morning to plough someone's farm and I get paid in the evening after work. This makes me happy as I will be able to buy food for my family.
