How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I have been in position to own a cow, that I believe will help me adress future problems like sickness and I have own descent beddings and clothes that I couldn't have got had I not recieved money from Give Directly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly has done well to give me money, Give Directly has not done any thing bad on my side.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for purchasing a cow at 380,000 ugx, clothes plus a mattress at 300,000 ugx, treating my grandchildren at 300,000 ugx, kitchen utensil at 53,000 ugx, food at 200,000 ugx, hired an arce of land at 100,000 ugx and gave my husband 300,000 ugx.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that now I own an ox plough which will help me during cultivation hence my family will have enough food.

The moment i received my money I felt happiness in my heart.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first money to purchase ox plough at 170,000ugx,anew bicycle at 115,000ugx, bought millet which costed me 150,000ugx. The balance of the money I'm planning to buy bedings and other house items.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is lack of money to meet the costs involved in treating ulcers.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Mornings are my happy ours because i go for garden work.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
This transfers will help me in treatment of ulcers and to buy a cow. This is because ulcers have disturbed me for long, but I do not have money to foot medical bills.
