How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Had it not for money, I would not have bought a cow which is currently providing milk for my family. Sometimes I also sell milk for income. My children are now happy, their health improved and I nolonger face stress which usually comes out of lack of money.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly does good by offering financial support to poor people to help them rise beyond their means in terms of unconditional cash transfers. There is really nothing that GD does wrong!
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the second transfers in payment of school fees for my children who were in university. I also used the others in buying a cow which we are expecting it to calve very soon.
