How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't having new goals before receiving this transfer, i was able to Purchase cements and others house materials for the plastering of my house .

Give Directly had been good to me and my family's, this transfer really help me to complete my house project. I don't know anything that GD did that is not well all is okay.

I don't having new goals before receiving this transfer;I'm planning to build house and established new business, as for my living condition in this town; I'm not in my own place, I'm trying to get my house and stop renting.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
By helping me to build my personal house and established new business; it's through give directly i understand building good house is not for the poor; everything on house project is very expensive. Give Directly really did well for me; as for not doing well i don't experience anything yet.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I built a motel (18 smaller rooms with a shop) but I couldn't afford to plaster the building.
Until I started receiving Give Directly transfer.
So I immediately used the money and bought cement to plaster my house.

Give Directly is doing great job by providing free money for me to complete my house project which will make me to start earning money from my motel business.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was happy that morning when I received an sms alert on MTN SIM card telling me that I have getting money from Give Directly; burning of farm for that day plan was charged to another day.

The biggest difference in my life since are started receiving this money had to do with; total improvements in my life,to be able to solve my personal problems and build my house ;so i can put such money in good used.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My means of survival is through business and inorder to do the business I'm doing presently, I have credit the market sell and pay back with minimum profits earned. With this transfer, it will help me put in my own cash inorder to generate more profits to take care of my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I got a little furstated during the whole Christmas season because my business didn't go and I need to pay the people I normally take goods from to sell. Nevertheless with all of that I got overjoy when my entire family crossed over to new year, because I believe in the saying that goes when there is life, there is hope.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I normally go to Buchanan to get market from the white man sell and the principal goes to him and a small profit generated is from hand to mouth. For now money is the hardship I am faced with currently.
