How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to build my own house because it has been my dream but I couldn't because of lack of money, I will use the opportunity that GiveDirectly has given me to make this dream of mine to come true. I also want to keep supporting my three children in school until they can graduate and have better jobs in the future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well by helping us unconditionally, they are also very kind and patient with us during interviews, I don't have anything to say that GiveDirectly is not doing well, all of their processes in the program are okay to me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My most recent transfer has been saved, I want to buy a motorcycle to run it as business because I think it will generate more profit for me, that is why I have added my second transfer to the first one to buy a motorcycle. Since the total amount to purchase the motorcycle has not been completed, I am waiting for the next transfer to complete it so that I can purchase the motorcycle.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I planned to build a house for my family and I. Currently, I have 5 children all under the age of 6 and I need to plan their future so building a house for them will be a great accomplishment in my life. I also plan to educate my children, therefore, I will use portion of my cash from the transfer to send my children to school. Currently, they are not in school because the distance to the school is far for kids under the age of 10 to travel. I will move close to where school is so the children can start going to school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
It was in late April of this your I was so happy because I burned my fire coal and I got 41 bags our of it. After sales I generated 13000 LBR (76 USD), I was able to purchase some medicine, food and slippers for the household. Can you imagine, 76 Dallas over six months was joyous for me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
As a self supporter, finance is my main challenge for now. Because I am the only person catering for the household, while I am thinking about the future of my family, I am also thinking about their feeding and the children school business. So finance and food are considered my main challenges for now.
