What does receiving this money mean to you?
"What I plan to do with my cash transfer are, to build my own house for I and my family, reason is, I and my family are currently occupying one room in this house, I have my four children in Monrovia staying with people, whenever they come to visit they always sleep with friends because of the lack of sleeping capacity, so I want to build my own house in this town, on my mother's land so that my children, my husband and myself can have our own place to sleep. My next plan is to pay my children's school fees, those ones that are in Monrovia currently aren't going to school, which makes me feed bad, so putting them in school is another plan that I have."
What is the happiest part of your day?
"What brought me happiness in the last six months are, my little brother assisted me with four thousand liberian dollars ($4,000LD) which was so timely, at the same time his wife gave birth and he named the child after me, these things had brought me so much joy since last month up to now."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The challenges I'm currently facing are, how to raise money to build my house, the hardship here is high, my husband who can hustle hadn't been feeling well, so all the responsibilities had been resting on me, I normally go to credit bag of rice from the store, when I sell it I return the cost and take the profit; plus the cassava farm produce, so these little earnings aren't enough. My next challenge is, paying my children's school fees, my husband is always sick, he isn't supporting the home like before, and I'm not doing any good Jobs, so these situations had placed us in serious financial hardship."
