How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have any new goals, because I already had a goal before receiving the transfer, so I decided to continue with my old goal, which is to buy some goods start a business that will be very helpful to my family and I.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"I would use portion of the Cash Transfer to start dry fish business in the quarter I'm staying in because, no one sells it and its essential.
The reason I'm thinking of such is because when I use the money it won't produce more money.
Therefore, I'd rather have it invested in business.
In addition to the fish, I'll also include some spice like pepper and vita because people buy them almost everyday."
