Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My daily life's biggest difference is the joy I feel seeing that I was able to pay for my children's education and secure some bricks that I will use to build using the next transfer. Although I used to do casual labor, brew and sell alcohol to raise money to cater for day to day expenses, prior to getting this transfer, I was always stressed on how to raise fees for my children and at the same time thinking about improving or building my house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
Having heard the phone notification, I checked and was very delighted to see that I had received my money. At that moment, I felt very anxious. I wanted to just go and withdraw it.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy four trips of bricks at Ugx 800000. I spent some on the Education for my children Ugx 810000. I then used the balance to cater for some household items such as a bed, bed sheets, clothing and feeding.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to build an iron roofed house. I have not been able to build one because I don't have money. However, I know the coming of this transfers will make this possible for my household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when I am at home with my children. They support me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is paying school fees for my children. I have children who are bright and they also love education but getting money to take care of their needs is a charllage. I brew local alcohol and sell. Sometimes I also do casual labour in order to raise some money. My husband is in Mukono offering security services in some school but still money is not enough.
