How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goal that I have now is to complete my house. I have been working for people in my village just to build this house. I'm a single mother that doesn't have a husband to help me with these children. this has been major thinking for me on how to send my children back to school. with this, I'm about to put back to school.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I'm grateful to give directly for their support toward me and my family. I was not able to even build a house in this village. my children were out of school because there is no one to help me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Some of my transfers were used for the completion of my house. I also purchased some provisions for my school. I was living in an old house that doesn't even have zinc and even I don't have a mattress to lay down on. but with this transfer, I'm able to get myself some items.

What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
A huge of my transfer was spent on my house project. some were also spent on my children's schooling. I also bought two bundles of zinc to add to the previous one that I bought from the first transfer. However, I'm doing a little business now that is helping me now.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I want to build a zinc house in the big town( James Sorwee Town). I have been in the village since 30 years now, and all of our activities is in that town but I don't have a house there. With this transfer, I will be a decent house owner there.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I can't remember the day I was happy because the hardship make me to worry too much. Sometimes I have to be thinking about food, children school fees and good sleeping place but today the good news that givedirectly brought, I will be very happy if they change my life.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hard time I am facing is food and a good house. My family and I depend on farming to survive but the only person that was helping me with this work, was my husband but he died since 7 years ago, now I have to do the work all by myself to provide for the children.
