How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
GiveDirectly has brought alot of joy and happiness in my home.The cash transfers have enabled me to buy an ox for ploughing. I have hired a piece of farmland which will increase my crop production. In addition to this, I was able to enrol my two children in primary boarding schools.
I could not afford to pay for boarding fees and all the school requirements on time.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to send people cash transfers that have helped us alot. With the cash transfer, I cleared my medical bills and bought food for my family. On the otherhand, I do not see anything wrong that GiveDirectly has done.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that, with the degree of poverty that had stricken my family, it had given ulcers due to a lot of worry over how to acquire basic needs for life.

The moment I discovered that money was in my phone, I started ululating and was very happy. This is because, for a long while now; poverty had made me sick so receiving this money meant the cure had come.
