How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
GiveDirectly has brought alot of joy and happiness in my home. The cash transfers have enabled me to buy an ox for ploughing. I have hired a piece of farmland which will increase my crop production. In addition to this, I was able to enrol my two children in primary boarding schools. I could not afford to pay for boarding fees and all the school requirements on time.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to send people cash transfers that have helped us alot. With the cash transfer, I cleared my medical bills and bought food for my family. On the otherhand, I do not see anything wrong that GiveDirectly has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent part of my second transfer to purchase an ox and some household items like clothes. I also spent a portion of the cash transfer to clear my medical bills.
