How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
When the program started in our town, I decided to settle my children's school fees issue because that was my main goal at that time. My new goal is to buy a motorcycle so that it keeps helping in supporting my family even when this program is over, I should still have something better to generate income from.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well by being truthful and straight with their program, at first I didn't believe that the program is real but after all that was said begin to come to pass, I now trust GiveDirectly. I don't know anything that GiveDirectly is not doing, everything is fine for me.

I want to use my most recent transfer to buy a motorcycle and run it as a business, that is why I have decided to save my recent transfer; when I receive my last transfer, I will add it to the savings I have so that the money needed to buy the motorcycle can reach the full purchasing amount.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My main goal is to buy a motorcycle to run it as a business, I believe that motorcycle business is a fast money raising business in this town and by that, I know that I can achieve so many things. I have also planned to build a house in this town, I have started the process already, I just need to do my best to finish it.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well by helping us unconditionally without any strings attached to their help, they are also truthful and reliable in their program, they are also straight and fair in their processes, giving us the transfer through our mobile money account without any third party being involve is so straight and okay to me. GiveDirectly is doing well in all their processes, I have not seen anything wrong with the program that needs to be changed.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not yet cashout my second transfer because I want it to add to the remaining transfers so that I can buy a motorcycle and run it as a business. The motorcycle business right now is the leading business in this town because it raises money faster and reduces the transportation expenses for it's owner.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
How I felt when I received my first transfer from GiveDirectly:
On October 26, 2021 around 7:00 AM, I woke up from bed and was going outside of my house; I saw a boy who told me that his father has received money from GiveDirectly. He said we should check my mobile money account to know if I have received mine. When we checked the account, I saw a transfer message from GiveDirectly indicating the amount I received from GiveDirectly. I was so happy that day because of the help given me.

I feels that my living condition have changed since I received this transfer from GiveDirectly because my wife has improved your business from transfer and our children school fees has been paid also without hard struggle.

I have sent my children to one of my relatives to go to school in the city so I took part of the money I received from GiveDirectly to pay their school fees in the city. What does receiving this money mean to you?
According to the recipient he did Animal Science with LOIC, therefore if he is successful he will invest in livestock. He also said he will used portion of his transfer to end his schooling. He stop in the 11 grade. He also said that his wife Hawa Dixon will be given market from the same transfer.
What is the happiest part of your day?
He said his children were all promoted in their respective school which brought joy to him and his wife. He said besides that event nothing else has made him happy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
According to the recipient he actually want to go to school, but due to financial issues he couldn't continue. He also said that feeding his family is difficult for him. His children are all in Monrovia and he need to sent support for them but he can not afford anything for now.
