What does receiving this money mean to you?
Firstly I would love to appreciate Givedirectly for this program and I am very overwhelmed. My farm has much trees and sticks and if I am successful I will burn more charcoal and charter car to get them to Monrovia to sell and make more profits.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What actually brought happiness to me in the past six months was when my charcoal business yielded good profit about ten thousand Liberian dollars which help to cover lots of my problems.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My parents didn't have enough to support me when I was in Monrovia going to school so I had to return home to make farm and burn charcoal to sustain myself and family. My challenges now are food and money to keep me my family going healthy.
