How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I now have a wife to prepare meals, more clothes to change to, and land to cultivate food crops. Before, my dressing was poor, just a shirt and trouser, no land to cultivate more food, and I couldn't marry wife due to lack of livestock to pay pride price.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving us money directly that has enabled people to acquire livestock, land , household items and building iron sheet roofed houses. There's nothing it hasn't done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to pay debts, hired cultivation land, and to buy clothes.
