Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My biggest dream of planting sugarcane in large scale is going to come true because of Give Directly. I have leased in land and I have all the resources to do that. Thank you Give Directly.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very good because I have always wanted to plant sugarcane in large scale but due to my low income, I have not been to. Give Directly has made away for me.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my transfer on leasing in a piece of land which I will use for farming, paid school fees for my children who had been sent home for the same and to buy cement and sand which I used in plastering my house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means improved food security in my house. I plan to invest in farming and also expand my business. This will increase my daily income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when shaving my customers. At this time I am sure of getting income.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life was being unable to pursue my studies to a higher level. This has hindered me from getting well paying jobs like my neighbors. I can not afford to live up to my family's expectations.
