How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm still working on completing my previous goal and this last transfer has helped me a lot on the finishing touches. My children fees which is a priority to me and the completion of the renevation of my house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly does everything good, but the issue is they don't accept gift from us. We try to appreciate them in our own way but they refused our offer that is the little issue I have with them. Besides that, they are acceptoinally good people.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My recent transfer was spent on my children balance fees, mattresses, cement, clothes and provisions.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
For now I remain on my previous goal which is my house project, until that can be fulfilled I don't have a new plan.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What I love about Give Directly is that they brought our funds directly to us without passing it through the government, that I really love about them. What GD did not do well is by letting us go Buchanan to cash out our money, the transportation is too high and the agent steal from us a lot. Secondly GD staff don't love to take things from people, they are not friendly. Upon all the effort and hard work, when we offer them out of our own will they refuse it and say thanks.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought additional building materials for my house project, and portion of the transfer was spent on provisions.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes. The new goal I had was to build a new house for my family. My first priority was educationfor my children. Upon receiving the first transfer I registered them and bought their school materials. I'm so grateful that I got enrolled on this program. After receiving the second transfer, I bought gas. I also used some of the money to pay the contractors that will be building my house. I bought some food and saved some of my money. I'm so grateful for this opportunity. My family and life will now change for better.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly is doing extremely well. Giving us enough money to improve our lives is astonishing. We are so thankful for what they are doing. Changing our lives. Giving us new and improve lives. We are grateful for this.GiveDirectly is not doing anything unwell.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Seeing my children go to school every day is exciting. My dream is to see them become future leaders. Thanks to GiveDireclty for this opportunity. I'm hoping this dream become a reality. My most recent transfer was used to buy some food items for my family. I also paid contractors to build a new house because the one we live in currently is not in a good condition. I always wanted to build a house but unfortunately I couldn't because of the lack of findings. My children are in school and we are about to have a new home. I'm overwhelmed. Our lives have improved and I'm grateful.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
* It was very interesting when I received my money. I was so excited because before then I was really worried how my children will enter school this school year and the money came right on time during their registration period. I was happy because it helped me to have paid my children's school fees. Before the money came, the past school years I will go to the registrar and appeal to him to allow my children start school and give me two or three months to pay by installment. Such negotiations never used to materialize always because the registrar was tired with my consistent appeals. I believe now that with GiveDirectly's intervention, I will pay my children's fees with pride".
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
" The biggest difference is that I don't worry anymore about how my children will go to school. My stress has reduced and I am now getting even that my wife is even praising me. I was thinking about so many things like how I will manage to pay my children fees and get some good food to eat but GiveDirectly's money helped me a lot now I'm not worried again. I know there will be another money coming and I will use it to solve future problems".
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
"I have been using the country thatch as roof on my house for a long time. so I want to use some of my money to change it to zinc. Besides, my first priority is my children school fees so I paid their school fees and bought some food items and other house materials that my wife needs like mattress, blanket etc. I plan on spending my second money to change the roof of my house".
