What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on constructing of my house at 800,000 ugxafter getting the advise from my parents. This house is going to relieve me from the yearly renovating of the grass thatched house that I have been using. There by saving my money for some thing else. I also bought some household items like beddings at 400,000 ugx because I never had a comfortable bed and now i sleep well without any body pains in the morning. And then I had to buy a bicycle to help me in my business of buying and selling sugar cane and using my bicycle to get it to customers all over.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, I think givedirectly has done well by enabling me to own what ever I have now such as comfortable beddings, a permanent house, a bicycle to ease my business and then lifting me to another level of life by giving me money. It has done nothing wrong to my own opinion
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different because I received the transfer in that I now live a happy and relaxed life. If I didn't receive the transfer, my life would still be in as disorganized way lacking and my business not going anywhere. For this, I thank GiveDirectly so much.
