What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay school fees and it's requirements, bought food stuff and partly paid for a motorcycle taxi.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well changing people's lives by giving money to build houses, have land, buy livestock, household items, and there's nothing it hasn't done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because now i sleep comfortably in a better house, my children dress well, and generally life is looking better than before.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying household items that were not enough such as, sauce pans, plates,cups, bedsheets, clothes for my children, and paid their fees. I also bought food like maize,sorghum and casava worth 335,000 ugx. The balance, I am spending it on repairing my house as I have bought a metallic, plastered and cemented it.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I felt very happy and shouted with joy along most neighbours who had also recieved.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, unlike before, I have enough to eat and I have no more worries on feeding

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i am facing in my life is that there is almost no land to farm, I can not hire because there is no money yet I would wish to cultivate more.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when my children are back from school and i am talking and loughing with them.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means being helped. This money will help me pay school fees and put right my house.
