Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal for the next four months is to buy another dairy cow from the savings that I get everyday from the sales of milk.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have bought a dairy cow. I used to buy milk and it was so costly for me. I depend on casual jobs and small scale farming to earn an income to meet the daily needs including paying school fees. Farming has been a challenge in our area due to famine and drought that strike our area last season. It has been a big challenge to get money and going without milk or breakfast was not news to us. Doing casual jobs was also a big challenge because most of the time there were no jobs to do. I'm so happy now that I have a dairy cow. My family nowadays does not miss to take breakfast like before. I sell the surplus milk and I save the money for other basic needs. Our living standard has changed .
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have saved enough to buy farm inputs and start horticulture farming. I will be able to get enough food for the family and cut the cost of buying by half.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
After struggling through secondary school due to hardship of fees, I failed to join college to pursue my dream course - Mechanics. Accordingly, I have been tackling tiresome casual work that can barely meet my family's demands and needs. Hence, I feel that failing to do a course in mechanics is the biggest hardship I have faced in life. I could not secure a white collar job and get my family more quality services.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up finding my healthy and happy family. This motivates me for the rest of the day.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on opening a shop (starting a business).
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Since the year 2011, I have been doing casual labor and using my income to buy land. Following the little income I get, I have been buying it (land) piece by piece. Cumulatively, I have managed to buy about an acre of land - where we call home and farm. Hence, the greatest achievement I have attained in life is this land that serves us as a family.
