How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes, I have a new goal, that is, to start up a new business. I want to do this business because, I want to multiply the money to sustain my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly, has really done well for me and my family. I don't even know how to thank GiveDirectly. Life would have been difficult for me if I had not received this money from GiveDirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Although I have not used the money yet, but I intend buying assorted goods for for my business.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"I will start a business when I receive the transfer,to be able to send my children to school. I have three children and only the oldest child is attending school right now. The others are not attending because I don't have enough money to send all of them to school at once. The little farm I made last year wasn't enough to support all of my children in school,so the business will help me to save money from the profits and enroll all of my kids".
What is the happiest part of your day?
" What really brought happiness to my life over the last six months was, my sister in-law rice farm got ripe this month, and she gave my family rice. The rice she gave us was a help to my family, because getting food is not easy,I have to work on other people farms for rice. The rice she gave us is what we have been eating, and I have not been going to other farms to work lately".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"Currently the challenge I'm facing is getting food for my family. Last year I made a farm,so to get food wasn't difficult, but this year is a though year for me ,because I didn't make farm due to lack of finance. To get food now, I have to work on other people farms".
