What does receiving this money mean to you?
What I plan to do when I receive the cash transfer, is to complete our house and start a business with the balance since I've always dreamed of having a shop. Infact that is why my husband attached a shop to the house we currently living in and yet to complete Receiving cash transfer from Givedirectly will make me very happy because my husband is without reliable source of income to enable us complete our house and Cater for our basic necessities and on the other hand, the small business I'm doing can not help to complete the house and also take care of all our basic needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What brought me happiness or joy is when my little sister called me last week to inform me of her graduation. I was very happy because she's the only biological sister of mine. She have brought me joy because all the struggles my husband and I go through sometime to learnt her helping hands was not in vain.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest challenge I am face with is lack of money. My husband is lack of reliable source of income to meet up with our basic necessities of life such as decent shelter, food and now our daughter education. I am struggling to do small business just to keep the family up while hoping for my husband to find a reliable source of income to actualize my dream of completing the house and start a business in the shop that is attached to the house when completed
