How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new plan that I have now are to complete my house project. I just bought my balance bundle of zinc and some nails for the roofing. I also paid my children balance tuition and bought them some school materials. with this transfer, I'm about to build a very decent house for my children. I have been living in a very old house with my family. my children are been out of school for a couple of years now.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is doing a great job in the life of we the poor people of Liberia. givedirectly is one NGO that doesn't do pick and choose with people. I also love their ways of working in our county. they are very transparent in the job. I'm grateful for this opportunity.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
A huge of my transfer was spent on my house and my children. I also paid my children's tuition for this academic year and bought them some school materials. I also paid some gentlemen to complete my house project. I bought two bundles of zinc and a few packs for roofing.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Firstly I'm so thankful to GiveDirectly for their support. My plan was to improved my leaking roof. But I wasn't having money to accomplish my plan. But with the help of givedirectly my life has changed for the better.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion givedirectly did very well in my life and that of our village. Givedirectly was able to enrolled our entire village with so many new houses. Givedirectly has empowered our families with financial support.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I received my transfer I was able to buy three (3) bundle of iron sheets to change my leaking thatched roof. I bought enough foodstuff for my family. Many thanks to Givedirectly for their support.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was cooking when I received my mobile money alert on my phone. I was happy and started dancing from house to house.I am always happy since I received my transfer. Since 7years ago,my husband abundant the children and haven't been supporting us until GiveDirectly came into my life and Give me money. Thanks to GiveDirectly for improving my life.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Since I received my mobile money from GiveDirectly my stress before have reduced because my worry now for regular children support especially food and school fees. My children and I are now appearing good. Thanks to GiveDirectly for giving me money.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Through the transfer from GiveDirectly, i was able to buy one bundle of Zinc and paid my children school fees. With part of my first money and save kept the balance money to await the next transfer for additional house materials to start with my new house because my old house is leaking seriously. What does receiving this money mean to you?
"When I get this money, I will use some to build my own house and use the balance to send my children and myself to school. I currently live in my father's house with my children which at times I feel like I'm a burden on him. I am a 7th grade dropped out and I want to go back to school while my children also need to be in school as well".
What is the happiest part of your day?
I was happy last week when I went for a PTA meeting and was given my children's first progress report and they both did well.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"Since my husband and I separated in 2015, there has been no support from him towards the children. I struggle as a single mother to send the children to school and provide some of their needs. I am not able to provide all their needs and cater to mine because I am not working. In this vien, my current challenge is lack of finance.
