What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfers to complete building a house that took ugx 1007000. I bought a drum for fetching water used for house construction and I spent ugx 125000. I also bought a bicyle to ease my transportation which I paid ugx 150000. I bought solar system since I lived in darkness and I spent ugx 150000 and used ugx 200000 for feeding.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well to support with money which has enabled me acquire what I lacked in my previous life. I have built a house, bought livestock, solar system and a bicycle. In my community, everyone is happy for what GiveDirectly has done. People have decided to build houses since we lived in ramschuckled houses, others have acquired land, household items and begun businesses. According to my opinion, everything went on well with GiveDirectly and nothing wrong.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now in that, I live happy life because GiveDirectly's transfers have enabled me construct a house, but a bicycle, Livestock and feed my household. My movements have been eased because of my bicycle unlike in the past when I used to trek. Prior to receiving these transfers, life was so difficult in that we could only way once in a day.

I spent my first transfer for buying an ox and a heifer. I also spent part of it on food.

The moment I received the money, I felt very happy.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I live every day more happily than before because poverty couldn't let me acquire the things I needed in my life like livestock.

The biggest hardship i have ever faced is illness and i have no money to cater for treatment.

The happiest part of my day is that time when i have money.

When i receive this money, i want to build a house and the also buy some cows.
