What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfers as follows; Paid land mortgage ,bought household itesms like mattress utensils and bed sheets , and Saved some money for future use.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done an a amazing job by supporting me with finances that have improved my starndars of living, for example I have bought household items, renovated the house and able to feed the household since I was affected by famine. However, Nothing wrong has been done by GiveDirectly.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is better now in that, I have a lot of happiness between me and my spouse because we have been able to complete the plastering our house. Secondly I have also bought household items that were lacking in my household like mattresses, Utensils, Bed sheets. Lastly, I have been able to payoff my land mortgage which I acquired for my treatment. Before receiving this money , we lived a misserable life of starving, Sleepping poorly and among others.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my first transfer to buy sand at Ugx 100000 and household items of Ugx 100000. I'm planning to spend the remaining balance to buy more building materials for completing my house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the news of the transfer, I felt very excited because I knew now that my greatest needs are going to be sorted.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that am living a much more happier life. This is because, this transfer has enabled me to complete the construction of my permanent house.

The biggest hardship I face is lack of money for completing my house under poor condtions.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is afternoon while Iam sharing with my spouse a meal.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means to build a permanent iron-roofed house. This money will enable me complete my house that is not yet in good conditions.
