What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy bricks, cement, aggregate to re-structure my house, and the remaining balance food stuff.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well giving people money to acquire what they didn't have like houses, motorcycles for a taxi business, livestock and household items. There's nothing i see that it has not done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because my family dresses well now, we can afford decent meals unlike before, and there's general feeling of hapiness instead of stress.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfers, I used it for purchasing building materials worth 500,000ugx to complete the construction of my house,I also purchased household items worth 500,000ugx and the balance I used for paying medical bills.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received my first transfers, I was full of joy and chanted songs of praise.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My health has improved because I was able to get treatment which was lacking before Give Directly cash transfers.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is sicknesses.My waist and legs pain ,this is making me unable to dig for long,so my family produces less food every year and thus I always have less food to take care of my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is evening hours. This when I make jokes with my children and this releives my mind.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
My plan once I receive this transfers is to buy acow that can multiply by producing calves.These calves can grow and I will be selling to give me money for paying schools fees for the children.My children will therefore have better future.
