How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
All through my life my major means of surviving has been agriculture. In the coming year and beyond, I look forward to investing more in my rubber and Cocoa farms as well as a business to continue providing my family's needs. With that, we can also independently be able to solve some other family problems.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion, there is nothing I noticed that GiveDirectly do wrongly. Since they started visiting our community, they always do numerous visits to check out on us to know how safe we are with the transfer and how it is spent. GiveDirectly always handle our household conflicts properly and make sure they help us resolve them.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The roof over my house is a thatch roof and becomes uncomfortable to live under during rainy season. I already started changing the roof from thatch to zinc. I am planning to use my recent transfer to buy additional zinc bundles and roofing nails to complete the roofing. I will also save some of this recent transfer for the workmanship for the renovation.
