Jane

"I used part of the third transfer to buy livestock (cows and sheep) for rearing as a way of future investment. I believe in future after they have given birth I'll be able to get milk and extra livestock. I also have the plans of selling part of them in future to help me raise school fee for my children. Part of the transfer I used on farming both maize and beans so that I could get improved productivity compared to the previous years that could lust lust for the whole year."

Samwel
received a $497 third payment.
"I spent part of my third transfer on constructing a fishing boat that I'm using for fishing. Being that previously I used to hire a fishing boat, I felt I was running at a loss and that's why I decided to own mine. I'm now happy my income has improved hence my living standard too has improved. Part of the money I used to buy a cow for rearing because I have never owned a cow. I felt it was about time I own one because it's a form of investment in that after it has given birth I'll have both additional cow and milk too."
